Job summary

XAD Technologies in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a hands-on Manager – Training & Development to lead the end-to-end Training, Learning & Development function across projects and sites.

The role covers Training Needs Assessments, skill assessments, program design, onboarding, employee development, training effectiveness, reporting and welfare training initiatives; you will travel to project sites and labour camps to observe work, deliver in-person and online training, and develop frontline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Education, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years' experience in Training & Development or related field.
• Experience with TNA, training planning, program design, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Ability to train technical/frontline workforces (technicians, riggers, field teams).
• Willingness to travel regularly across project sites and labour camps in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular TNA and Skill Assessment Drives across departments, sites and labour camps to identify gaps.
• Develop and implement prioritized training and employee development plans.
• Develop and maintain annual, quarterly and monthly training calendars.
• Observe employees on the job to assess competencies and training needs.
• Design, develop and deliver customized in-house and online training programs.
• Deliver training to technicians, riggers and field personnel; facilitate relevant sessions.
• Coordinate trainers, venues, platforms, materials, and schedules for timely delivery.
• Prepare training dashboards and management reports to inform improvements.
