Job summary

Qureos Inc in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Quantity Surveyor (Tendering & Procurement) to manage all aspects of tendering, procurement, and cost control for construction projects.

You will prepare BoQs, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and coordinate with project managers, engineers and suppliers to meet budgets and timelines. Candidates should hold a BEng or BSc, MRICS preferred, with strong knowledge of contracts and excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science MRICS.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
• Excellent negotiation communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Tendering: Prepare BoQs, cost estimates, and detailed tender documentation.
• Procurement: Develop procurement strategies, source subcontractors/suppliers, and draft subcontracts.
• Cost Management: Input into budgeting and monitor procurement costs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure procurement processes comply with legal and company policy requirements.
