Job summary

CNS is seeking a Legal Counsel/Contract Manager to support the business with strategic legal, contractual, and commercial guidance across technology and IT services. The role covers system integration, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and professional services.

You will manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, advise senior management, mitigate risks, and coordinate with external counsel to ensure UAE law compliance and commercial protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Law, Business Admin, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional qualification in legal/contract management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and commercial guidance to senior management on contracts and commercial matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, NDAs, and other contracts.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from tender to renewal and termination.
• Advise on liability, IP, confidentiality, data protection, warranties, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to protect CNS's interests.
