Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Senior Program Consultant to lead end-to-end contingent workforce requisition lifecycles across geographies. You will advise on talent strategies, job scoping, and supplier engagement while ensuring program compliance and strong client relationships.

In this role, you will optimize requisitions, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement, with travel as needed and proficiency in VMS platforms and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education in a related field or 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Fluent level of English.
• Minimum five years in staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions.
• Experience with MSP, VMS, or contingent labor programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify job responsibilities, skills, and requirements.
• Develop tailored talent acquisition strategies for workforce needs.
• Provide consultative support to optimize requisition quality, accuracy, and speed-to-fill.
• Gather labor market insights and compensation benchmarks.
• Advise clients and suppliers on market trends and candidate availability.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and supplier partners.
• Act as primary contact and escalation point for issues and requisition challenges.
• Mentor and guide Program Consultants and Engagement Coordinators.
• Guide customers through requisition activity using VMS technology.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects and process enhancements.
