Job summary

Pontoon Solutions, part of The Adecco Group, is seeking a Senior Program Consultant to advise clients on contingent workforce strategies, drive MSP/VMS programs, and improve supplier performance across geographies.

You will partner with hiring managers to shape talent acquisition, provide market insights, manage end-to-end requisitions through VMS, and mentor colleagues to sustain program success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of staffing, talent acquisition or workforce solutions experience.
• Experience with MSP, VMS or contingent workforce programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnering skills.
• Knowledge of workforce solutions, supplier management and contingent labor strategies.
• Experience with VMS platforms such as Beeline or Fieldglass.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation insights.
• Manage end-to-end requisition lifecycle through VMS platforms.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Drive supplier performance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and support program success across the business.
