Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a Supply & Inventory Planner to balance inventory costs with service levels, managing regional stock around 100 M USD. You will plan, forecast, procure parts, and optimize turnover while coordinating logistics and payments.

The role requires strong SAP/ERP and MS Office skills, dashboard development, and reporting to senior leadership to improve stock availability and reduce obsolete stock.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably automotive.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management systems and business development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/ERP; ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Process daily/weekly/monthly purchase orders and ensure supplier confirmations.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and manage risk of run-out.
• Coordinate logistics, payments, and documentation with finance and suppliers.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor process performance and KPIs.
• Drive stock turnover, reduce excess/obsolete stock, and optimize inventory policy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen projects.
