Job summary

NEFC Group in Dubai is seeking a Supply Chain Support Specialist to manage orders, invoices, and related ERP data while coordinating with Finance, Sales, and Logistics. You will maintain Excel trackers and supply chain data, ensuring accurate records and timely actions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and solid communication and follow-up abilities; 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred, with training provided to learn the company’s processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or business support.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and data.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Training on the company's processes and systems will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work on the company's ERP system to manage and update orders, invoices, and related information.
• Maintain and update Excel files, trackers, and supply chain data.
• Coordinate and follow up on orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of shipping and clearance documentation.
• Prepare quotations, payment requests, and other related business documents.
• Track pending activities, deadlines, and payment due dates.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Logistics, and other relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
• Prepare regular reports and status updates when required.
• Provide general support for supply chain and operational activities.
