Job summary

Landmark Group in Dubai is seeking a Data Entry Executive to support the Commercial Procurement team by maintaining accurate procurement, vendor, PO, invoice, and financial data across ERP systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, basic accounting understanding, and the ability to handle high volumes of transactional data to ensure records are complete, current, and audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data entry, accounts, finance operations, procurement administration, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts, invoices, purchase orders, VAT, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, and vendor data in ERP/procurement systems.
• Verify quantities, prices, supplier details, payment terms, VAT information, and cost centres.
• Maintain records of vendor contracts, quotations, orders, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile purchase orders against invoices and supporting documents; highlight discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable on invoice and payment queries.
• Maintain and update vendor master data for accuracy.
• Prepare MIS, procurement, spend, and data summary reports as required.
• Monitor pending transactions and missing documentation; follow up with stakeholders.
• Ensure procurement transactions are recorded within approved timelines and processes.
• Maintain audit-ready filing of procurement and financial records.
• Assist in data cleansing and Excel-based analyses.
