Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Network Planner for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to help expand and scale our next-generation cloud services. You will be part of the Global Network Planning Group, shaping our network infrastructure, data center subsea strategy, and market presence.

You will leverage strong relationships with subsea providers to support OCI's growth and efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive vendor strategies and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for network growth by evaluating data center partners and locations.
• Negotiate connectivity agreements and commercial deals meeting technical requirements and growth needs.
• Develop TCO models for deal analysis in new and existing markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align subsea strategy with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between OCI's technical teams and subsea providers' operations teams.
• Represent OCI to senior technical leaders and executives at partner companies.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with subsea partners and data center operators.
• Negotiate favorable terms, SLAs, and pricing with subsea providers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, M&A, and new market entrants in subsea space.
