Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a procurement leader to interface with stakeholders and drive high-spend category sourcing across the organization. You will lead strategic sourcing programs, manage risk, and ensure timely delivery of service requirements while optimizing total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities include category strategy development, RFIs/RFPs, negotiations, contract management, supplier performance reviews, and team coaching within UAE operations.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with finance or engineering background.
• 2+ items of experience in procurement and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic category sourcing strategies and risk analysis.
• Coordinate activities within spend categories to minimize total cost.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Translate requirements into RFIs/RFPs and manage bids.
• Lead negotiations and post-negotiation follow-through.
• Manage supplier performance and quarterly reviews.
• Coach and develop sourcing team members.
