Zusammenfassung

RAKBANK is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement across marketing, facilities, collections, and valuation services. You will drive sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, lead Source-to-Contract (S2C) activities, execute RFx events, and optimize supplier performance while building strong vendor relationships in Dubai.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business/procurement or related field.
• Experience with sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Knowledge of procurement frameworks and supplier governance.
• Experience across multiple procurement categories and independent project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities for assigned spend categories across the organization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and assist in defining specifications for goods and services.
• Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) activities, collaborating with business units, Legal, Risk, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Execute sourcing events including RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contractual conditions, and service-level agreements with suppliers.
• Support the development and execution of category management strategies to optimize spend and improve supplier performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers while identifying and onboarding new vendors where appropriate.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to secure the best value, quality, and service.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced procurement controls.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, supplier information, and pricing databases.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely resolution of procurement and service-related issues.
• Review vendor portfolios periodically and evaluate pricing, service quality, and contract effectiveness.
• Support procurement reporting and management information requirements.
