Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a data-driven Analyst in the Strategy & Commercial team in Dubai. You will own strategic workstreams, develop robust models, and partner with pricing, revenue operations, and sales to identify growth opportunities.

You will combine data analysis with market conversations to defend your recommendations and drive practical actions across Bayut and Dubizzle's marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, economics or engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of strategic workstreams, transforming ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable solutions that drive revenue.
• Extract and clean complex datasets, construct rigorous financial and operational models, and test business logic to quantify the impact of strategic recommendations.
• Combine quantitative data analysis, qualitative market research, and conversations with frontline teams to identify where the next increment of revenue will come from.
• Analyse and provide actionable recommendations on critical business drivers, including pricing structures, product packaging, customer acquisition, retention (churn), and sales performance
• Formulate strong, data-backed perspectives on market dynamics and defend the numbers to leadership.
• Partner directly with vertical commercial leaders, pricing specialists, Revenue Operations, and the sales organisation to ensure practical execution in the market.
• You will be coached directly by your vertical or function lead, with structured feedback against a competency framework.
