Bayut & dubizzle is seeking an Analyst in the Strategy & Commercial team in Dubai. You will own strategic workstreams, transform ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable insights, and work with pricing, revenue operations and sales to unlock new revenue across Bayut and Dubizzle marketplaces.

The role combines data analysis, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to quantify impact and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, economics or engineering discipline.
Advanced analytics or revenue management certifications are a plus.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in analytics or marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of strategic workstreams, turning ambiguity into actionable solutions that drive revenue.
Extract and clean datasets, build financial/operational models, test logic to quantify impact.
Combine quantitative analysis with qualitative market insights and frontline conversations.
Identify new revenue streams by analyzing customer value, retention, and pricing levers.
Present data-backed perspectives on market dynamics and defend the numbers to leadership.
Collaborate with vertical leaders, pricing, Revenue Operations and sales to implement changes.
