Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle in Dubai seeks an Analyst in the Strategy & Commercial team to own strategic workstreams and turn ambiguous questions into actionable solutions that drive revenue.

You will combine data analysis, market conversations, and insights to identify where value and pricing should move. Build models, test logic, and present data-backed recommendations to leadership, partnering with pricing, Revenue Operations, and sales teams to translate analysis into practical actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field required.
• 4+ years in analytics, revenue management or related roles.
• Experience with large datasets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of strategic workstreams, transforming ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable solutions that drive revenue.
• Extract and clean complex datasets, construct rigorous financial and operational models, and test business logic to quantify impact.
• Combine quantitative data analysis, qualitative market research, and conversations with frontline teams to identify revenue opportunities.
• Analyze pricing structures, product packaging, customer acquisition and retention to improve performance.
• Present insights confidently to leadership and defend the numbers.
