Hermès International S.A. is seeking a Retail Planner in the Dubai area to drive demand/supply forecasting and maintain optimal inventory levels across stores in the region.

You will work closely with the Merchandising team and Local Distribution Centre to ensure timely replenishment and accurate stock levels. You will analyze historical data, market trends, and customer preferences to forecast demand and support stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory management within retail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Forecast and manage demand, supply, and replenishment to optimize inventory levels.
• Prepare regular activity reports and ad hoc analyses on store/category performance.
• Support OTB and buying decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with Store, Operations, Merchandising, Logistics and IT teams for smooth replenishment.
