• Review stock-to-sales ratios and respond to changes in sales trends.
• Monitor performance against planned sales, markups and markdowns for assigned brands.
• Support achievement of departmental budgets and like-for-like growth targets.
• Monitor first-price sell-through performance for the department each season.
• Ensure realized margin targets for the department are achieved.
• Identify performance concerns and develop appropriate action plans with buying and retail teams.
