Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead IFM services across the Middle East. You will serve as the primary on-site contact, ensuring safe, compliant, and value-driven facilities management for client properties while collaborating with regional and global teams.

You will guide site FM teams, manage contracts and budgets, drive service delivery improvements, and maintain strong client relationships to meet contractual obligations and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as regional facilities manager or senior FM lead preferred.
• Knowledge of IFM contracts and compliance with health & safety standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver defined scope of work for IFM across ME region.
• Lead site FM teams and mentor staff; manage client relationships.
• Ensure contracts are delivered with cost control and performance in line with agreements.
• Oversee site operations, audits, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate annual capital plans and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and property owners as appropriate.
