Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a relevant subject.
• 10+ years of experience in high-end or large-scale residential and hospitality projects.
• 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of applicable standards, regulations, and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design function and projects from concept development to completion.
• Develop interior design brand standards and guidelines.
• Create guidelines, design and technical standards for FF&E and OS&E.
• Lead projects ensuring layouts and FF&E meet unified schemes.
• Maintain knowledge of trends in materials and techniques.
• Assess market, define requirements, and select designers.
• Define design scope and manage design contracts and costs.
• Verify design documentation for each stage and supervise on-site construction observations.
