Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver compliant, timely service for key real estate clients and contribute to growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of real estate sector and financing products.
• Experience supporting or managing real estate clients in Abu Dhabi.
• Good understanding of key risks in real estate lending across development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with escrow regulations, mortgage enforceability, and real estate legislation.

Responsibilities

• Review portfolio regularly and recommend credit facilities per policies and risk appetite.
• Develop and implement relationship strategies and account plans for assigned clients.
• Maintain relationships with key client contacts and decision-makers to position the bank as trusted financial partner.
• Provide proactive relationship and account-management support to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Contribute to healthy business pipeline and expand presence in designated sectors and markets.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external advisers on transaction execution, documentation and related matters.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Operations, Risk Management, Support Functions and Retail Banking to identify opportunities and manage risks.
