Job summary

Sabin Plastic Industries LLC in Dubai Investment Park is seeking a proactive Mid-Level Purchaser to join our procurement team. The role focuses on sourcing reliable suppliers, evaluating quotes, and ensuring timely procurement of materials for signage and fabrication projects.

You will negotiate terms, manage purchase orders, coordinate with production and project teams, and maintain supplier records. A 3–5 year purchasing background and strong Excel/ERP skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers for materials and services.
• Analyze RFQs and supplier quotations to support procurement decisions.
• Prepare quotation comparison sheets for procurement decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Raise and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate material requirements with technical, production, estimation, and project teams.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.
• Support cost-effective purchasing while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
