Job summary

Sabin Plastic Industries LLC in Dubai Investment Park invites a proactive Mid-Level Purchaser to join its procurement team. You will source and evaluate suppliers, compare RFQs, negotiate pricing and terms, raise purchase orders, and coordinate with production and project teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in purchasing, a degree or certificate in supply chain or related field, and strong MS Excel and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant purchasing experience.
• Experience in signage, fabrication, acrylic, aluminium, steel, construction, or contracting industries preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and understanding procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers for materials and services.
• Obtain and analyze RFQs and supplier quotations.
• Prepare quotation comparison sheets for procurement decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Raise and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate material requirements with technical, production, estimation, and project teams.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier documentation, and purchasing files.
• Support cost-effective purchasing while ensuring product quality and on-time delivery.
