Job summary

Citi in the UAE is seeking a Graduate Public Affairs professional to support external and internal communications for Wealth Citigold initiatives. The role involves coordinating media engagements, drafting materials in Arabic and English, and supporting CSR and events across the UAE.

You will assist senior leadership with speaking opportunities, intranet content, and employee engagement while ensuring alignment with Citi's governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early career in communications/public affairs.
• Experience or training in media relations and corporate communications.
• Familiarity with UAE market and corporate governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support UAE Head of Public Affairs in executing internal and external comms plans.
• Coordinate media engagements for executives and prepare press materials in Arabic and English.
• Plan and execute social media strategy for UAE Wealth and related leaders.
• Assist senior leadership with external speaking opportunities and branding for events.
• Draft internal newsletters, intranet content, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Participate in CSR programs, sustainability initiatives, and volunteering activities.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and budget tracking.
