Landmark Group is seeking a senior Strategy professional to lead core strategic initiatives within the Strategic Projects team. You will partner with executive leadership to transform operations, identify new growth avenues, and provide strategic clarity across Landmark Retail.

You will drive market intelligence, benchmark analyses, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

MBA from a top-tier business school.
10–13 years of experience in management consulting or strategic roles within a large multinational.
Experience in Retail, D2C, E-commerce or Consumer Goods preferred.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills mandatory.
Executive presence with strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change across strategy domains.
Proven track record delivering large-scale initiatives and value realization.

Responsibilities

Own and manage key strategic projects for Landmark Group's Strategic Projects team.
Partner with C-level executives and leadership to turn insights into action.
Lead market research, benchmarking, and growth analysis to identify opportunities.
Deliver executive-ready narratives and high-impact presentations for buy-in.
Bridge strategy and execution with KPI-driven roadmaps and governance.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across brands, countries, and functions.
Mentor junior team members to cultivate high performance and structured thinking.
