Job summary

Bentley Systems in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects and programs, collaborating across departments to maximize outcomes and align with strategic objectives while improving stakeholder sentiment.

You will own planning, reporting, risk management and delivery against scope, schedule and budget; work with Account Managers and Success Managers to define the best delivery strategy for your accounts, and coordinate communication with internal teams, executives and clients.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, working with large projects and international customers.
• PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done.
• Excellent ability to work and communicate at all levels within an organization. Strong written and oral communication skills, including delivering professional presentations.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities including the ability to influence and persuade.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for overall projects and program planning and documentation, and management of expectations, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide timely and informative reporting on project progress and project success metrics.
• Link all activities within a program of work to maximize efficiency and reduce risks
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Take corrective actions where needed to achieve project deliverables to the project timeline.
• Have the confidence and capability to hold all stakeholders, including senior stakeholders accountable to project commitments.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
• Work closely with Account Managers and Success Managers to define the best delivery strategy for your assigned accounts
• Act as a key contact for facilitation and coordination of communication between internal departments.
• Promptly identify risks and issues and propose solutions to mitigate them
• Contribute to the development of processes and best practices for project management execution for the project management team.
• Work may require to spend up to 80% of the time on-site.
