Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience with large projects and international customers.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills.
• Highly organized with proven ability to drive projects to completion and manage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and programs, coordinating across teams.
• Provide timely reports on progress and success metrics.
• Link activities to maximize efficiency and minimize risks.
• Ensure projects deliver on time within scope and budget.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigations; hold stakeholders accountable.
• Collaborate with Account & Success Managers to define delivery strategy for accounts.
• Coordinate communication between departments and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Spend up to 80% on-site and drive standard PM practices across teams.
