Job summary

Sharjah Education Academy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of complex Continuing Professional Learning and Professional Development initiatives. The role works with department heads, project teams, and external partners to define scope, timelines and resources, ensuring delivery within budgets and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP/Prince2 helpful.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in education or public sector.
• Experience leading complex programs with budgets and governance.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP/Prince2).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of CP(L&D) projects.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project teams and provide guidance to coordinators.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
