Job summary

Sharjah Education Academy invites applications for a Lead Expert in Early Childhood Education. The role provides senior technical and strategic advice to the Director of the Child Journey Department while owning multiple projects and initiatives from concept through implementation.

You will translate research into practical policies, coordinate across five sections, lead multidisciplinary teams, monitor delivery, and prepare executive reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Department Director on early childhood education, child development, wellbeing, safeguarding, inclusion, family engagement, registration, health, nutrition, and community support.
• Manage assigned projects, programs, initiatives, and special assignments from concept development through implementation, evaluation, and completion.
• Translate strategic priorities, research findings, and expert recommendations into practical policies, programs, frameworks, and implementation plans.
• Lead or support the development and implementation of policies, standards, procedures, operational frameworks, guidelines, and service models.
