ADNOC Group seeks a senior professional to lead Project Cost Optimization Reviews, coordinating with group companies and ADNOC HQ to optimize project costs and maximize value. The role requires deep engineering knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication with top management.

Responsibilities include evaluating options, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing session reports, and driving continuous improvement with new technologies and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 15 years of experience in project management and engineering.
• Leadership, people-management, planning, cost control, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good coaching skills.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate engineering options for projects undergoing cost optimization studies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure latest technologies are used in projects.
• Prepare annual plans for cost optimization studies across group companies.
• Review engineering and cost documents and prepare summaries for management.
• Provide reports, memos and presentations on findings and recommendations.
• Communicate findings with directorates to assess feasibility of cost-saving options.
• Develop lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement in cost optimization.
