Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced leader to manage high-value, cross-functional Category Management and Strategic Sourcing across the ADNOC Group. You will guide multi-billion dollar strategies, coordinate with senior procurement leaders, and drive end-to-end value while aligning with ADNOC values.

The role requires deep sector understanding, strong negotiation, and the ability to manage large teams across Group Companies to deliver strategic outcomes and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min 12 years of relevant experience, min 5 years in Category Management.
• Strong negotiation and contract preparation skills.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver presentations at all levels.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex strategic categories with limited supervision and guide specialists.
• Develop and drive end-to-end Category Management life cycle from strategy to supplier management.
• Coordinate with senior leaders of procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics to ensure value.
• Lead cross-functional Category Management Teams and roll out category strategies.
• Oversee tendering, awards, frameworks, and contract lifecycle management.
