Responsibilities

• Act as the single accountable owner of a customer program's outcome.
• Embed with forward deployed engineers to prioritize technical problems and attack orders.
• Define objectives for demonstrations, technical interchanges, and test events.
• Drive customer adoption to make the deployment indispensable.
• Brief program executives on technical value and schedule risk mitigation.
• Manage high-level stakeholder relationships and navigate review boards.
