Job summary

Farah Experiences in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Product Delivery Senior Manager to lead demand management, the annual DTD roadmap and CAPEX planning, and to govern the Business Analysis function across Miral entities. The role collaborates with business owners, PMO, architects and vendors to shape requirements and ensure successful delivery.

The position requires 8-10 years in technology delivery with strong stakeholder management and experience across lifecycle models.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience across digital/technology delivery, demand or portfolio management, product management, business analysis, consulting or change management.
5+ years of senior stakeholder-management experience, including engagement with directors and executive leadership.
Experience leading roadmap, demand-management or investment-planning activities and coordinating CAPEX/OPEX estimates.
Experience leading or supervising Business Analysts, including allocation, coaching and quality assurance.
Experience working across waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Lead and govern the Business Analyst team, providing direction, coaching and quality oversight.
Allocate BAs across demand, roadmap and in-flight initiatives based on priority, readiness, complexity, domain knowledge, workload and funding.
Maintain BA capacity visibility, BRD progress, milestones, blockers and contractor/funding requirements.
Lead regular BA stand-ups and resolve or escalate priority conflicts, stakeholder delays and capacity constraints.
Establish and continuously improve BA processes, templates, repositories, trackers and standards.
Review BRDs and related artefacts for completeness, clarity, testability, business value, scope and dependencies.
Ensure approved requirements are handed over to delivery teams and support BA recruitment as needed.
