Job summary

Client of AIQU in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital and web applications, from strategic vision through launch and iteration. You will partner with UX/UI, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into detailed specs and user stories, prioritize features, and drive agile ceremonies.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, 12+ years in product management, UAE experience, and fluency in Arabic;

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a Senior PM role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading non-technical product management and digital product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and web apps.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed specs and user stories.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact, feasibility, and feedback.
• Lead agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics; iterate to boost engagement and revenue.
• Present roadmaps and business cases to senior leadership; manage stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor and coach junior product managers to foster continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital and web application products from strategic vision through launch and iteration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and web applications. Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Collaborate with UX UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed product specs and user stories. Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer feedback. Lead agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, iterate on features to optimize engagement, retention, and revenue. Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, presenting roadmaps, progress updates, and business cases to senior leadership. Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience Required

12 years - 12-15 years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a Senior Product Manager role. Proven track record managing non-technical product management processes and leading digital product initiatives. Strong technical understanding of web applications, APIs, and software development lifecycles. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional team leadership. Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements. Experience working in agile environments and using backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or Master s) in a relevant discipline. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets, with knowledge of local regulatory and cultural considerations. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain in digital products. Arabic language proficiency. Background in finance, government services, or large-scale enterprise solutions.
