Job summary

ALSO in Dubai is seeking a Product Category Manager to manage vendor relationships and the product portfolio, ensuring competitive pricing and growth opportunities. The role combines cross-functional work with marketing and sales to optimize market access and profitability.

The candidate should have a business or technology degree, strong English and Arabic, and experience with Microsoft business solutions and the UAE cloud reseller channel. Hybrid work is offered with global vendor exposure.

Qualifications

• University or College degree in business or technology.

• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft business solutions (365, Azure, Security, AI, Dynamics).
• Knowledge and relevant experience with the UAE Cloud reseller channel.

• Strategic insight, analytic and creative thinking.
• English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Put the Customer First.
• Key contact person for ALSO & Microsoft engagement.
• Negotiate rates/prices with vendors responding to vendor requests.
• Ensure that all living products are visible with correct specifications on ACMP.
• Update complaints routines and warranty conditions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for continuous offering.
• Improve market access and profitability activities.
• Provide analysis to support development, promotion and market penetration.
• External reporting to vendors as required.
• Streamline work routines with high quality standards.
