Job summary

Core42, a leader in AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure, is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Abu Dhabi to manage sourcing from requirement intake to Purchase Order issuance and supplier negotiations, ensuring compliant, cost-effective acquisitions.

You will work with Finance, Legal and business stakeholders, maintain governance across Source-to-Pay, drive cost savings, and optimize supplier performance using Coupa and other approved systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a commercial function.
• Experience managing RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations and sourcing activities.
• Experience supporting supplier negotiations and procurement approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from requirement intake through sourcing and PO issuance.
• Define specifications, quantities, delivery needs and commercial expectations with stakeholders.
• Prepare RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and other approved sourcing processes.
• Evaluate supplier proposals using price analysis and total cost of ownership assessments.
• Support supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Framework Agreements in Coupa and other systems.
