Job summary

Daman Investments seeks a Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end sourcing for all operating entities in the UAE, from requirement definition to award and PO, while following Group Policy. The role emphasizes governance, supplier onboarding, and spend analysis.

You will drive category strategies across fleet, fit-out, IT, facilities and professional services, maintain the contract register, and report on savings and spend with rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• CIPS certification or progress towards it is advantageous.
• Hands-on procurement experience in RFQ to award management.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end sourcing across entities from requisition to PO.
• Prepare RFQ/tender docs, manage bidders, and evaluate bids.
• Negotiate price, terms, delivery and service levels.
• Own supplier onboarding and vendor master upkeep.
• Produce monthly spend, savings and contract status reports.
