Job summary

Khazna Data Centers in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Business Analyst to support the Chief Corporate Strategy Officer with data-driven insights, market and financial analysis, and decision support. The role focuses on consolidating data, building dashboards, and informing strategic initiatives.

You will translate complex data into clear recommendations for CCSO, ExCo, and the Board, collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Operations, and IT, and contribute to business cases, ROI analyses, and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–9 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business, market, and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyse industry trends, benchmarks, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop data-driven strategic options, scenarios, and recommendations.
• Gather, analyse, and consolidate financial, operational, commercial, and market data.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop dashboards, reports, summaries, and management insights for strategic discussions.
• Support business case development, including financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and value assessments.
• Analyse performance drivers, sensitivities, and assumptions to support investment and prioritisation decisions.
• Track strategic and commercial initiatives, including progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Operations, Commercial, IT, and Business Units to validate data and assumptions.
• Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, and materials for CCSO, ExCo, and Board-level discussions.
• Support leadership workshops, strategy sessions, and off-sites through structured analysis and relevant insights.
