Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial or contract administration, procurement support, cost control, or project coordination.
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related project environments preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial and contract management activities across assigned construction and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain contract files, commercial records, trackers, logs, and supporting documentation.
• Track contractual milestones, obligations, deliverables, expiry dates, and required actions.
• Maintain project cost trackers, budgets, commitments, cash flow records, and commercial data.
• Review payment applications and invoices for completeness and alignment with contract terms.
• Support procurement and tender activities, including bid comparisons and commercial summaries.
• Track variations, change requests, and claims and their commercial impact.
• Prepare commercial reports, dashboards, trackers, and summaries for project and management teams.
• Coordinate with project, finance, procurement, legal, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely commercial information.
• Ensure compliance with commercial governance, contractual requirements, internal controls, and process improvements.
