Job summary

FGi Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Procurement Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates interested in procurement and supply chain management. Your role will involve tracking opportunities, assisting in bid preparation, and supporting procurement operations.

You will receive mentorship and gain hands-on experience, while developing crucial skills for a successful career in procurement.

Qualifications

A fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
A proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track procurement opportunities from identified government sources.
Assist in the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate competitive pricing.
Support the Procurement Sales Specialist in preparing documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for bid submissions.
