Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional certification (RICS or AACE) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of quantity surveying or cost consultancy experience.
• Middle East experience is essential.
• Proficient in CostX and Excel.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract commercial activities on developer-led projects from award to final account.
• Monitor and control project costs, including cost-to-complete and cashflow forecasts.
• Assess, negotiate, and agree variations, claims and change events.
• Prepare monthly cost reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage commercial and cost risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead negotiations with contractors and suppliers to achieve best value.
• Administer interim payments, valuations and final accounts.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants and site teams to support delivery.
