Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks an experienced Strategy & Performance Management Consultant to support the ADAEP initiative in Abu Dhabi. You will lead strategic planning, performance measurement, and governance enhancements, partnering with senior leadership to deliver actionable frameworks and executive deliverables.

Responsibilities include refreshing digital strategy, developing a practical Balanced Scorecard, KPI frameworks, benefits realization, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years in consulting, strategy, transformation or performance management.
• Experience developing organizational or digital strategies and executing measurable plans.
• Strong track record designing Balanced Scorecards, KPI frameworks, governance mechanisms.
• Experience in benefits realization, stakeholder engagement, and innovation management.
• Facilitation of workshops with executives and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy Refresh: review, refresh, define strategic themes and measurable outcomes.
• Balanced Scorecard Development: translate objectives into themes, measures, targets, ownership.
• KPI Framework and Performance Management: define KPIs, baselines, targets, data sources, reporting.
• Benefits Realization Framework: establish measurement, ownership, timelines and reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Framework: identify groups, governance, and engagement plans.
• Digital Innovation Framework: assess maturity, identify gaps, roadmap improvements.
• ADAEP Support: plan strategy workshops, prepare executive deliverables, compile evidence.
