Job summary

Keolis-MHI is seeking a Performance Analyst in the United Arab Emirates to deliver accurate performance data across departments and ensure timely, compliant reporting. You will map KPIs into Power BI dashboards, support BI initiatives, and help drive performance improvements aligned with contractual requirements.

The role requires 1–2 years in performance reporting, familiarity with Excel/Power BI, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, HR, Finance, and QHSE

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in performance reporting, business analysis, or operational reporting.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality performance reports and coordinating KPI submissions.
• Familiarity with reporting platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Experience working across departments to align reporting processes.
• International experience.
• Public transportation sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of company-wide performance frameworks and KPI methodologies.
• Support performance insight reporting to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key performance trends and emerging data risks to support strategic and effective decision-making.
• Support the Business Intelligence team in deploying the Business Intelligence roadmap and strategy.
• Support the performance monitoring against KPIs tied to contractual penalties and incentives under the O&M Agreement.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and defensibility of all performance data submitted for attribution processes.
• Coordinate closely with department heads and data owners to ensure the accuracy of reported metrics.
• Respond to internal and client performance queries in coordination with the Performance Manager.
• Ensure timely preparation, validation, and submission of monthly performance reports in compliance with client and contractual expectations.
• Support operational performance reporting, including punctuality, availability, service delivery, and operational compliance KPIs.
• Support the management of asset performance metrics in collaboration with Engineering & Maintenance, including asset availability, reliability, maintenance backlog, and system failures.
• Support the management of performance data for Support Functions.
• Collaborate with the BI Analyst to ensure accurate mapping of KPIs into Power BI dashboards.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of digital reporting tools.
