Job summary

Damen in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and data-driven solutions. You will work closely with Finance and Operations teams, facilitating workshops and developing Power BI dashboards based on defined KPIs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, along with familiarity with project-based environments.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Business Analysis or BI reporting roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience.
• Experience translating business needs into data and BI solutions.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken.

• Develop strong understanding of business operations and processes.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders in Finance, Operations, and Projects.
