Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, performance management, or project management.
• Experience in KPI/KRI development and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and performance management initiatives.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and KRIs.
• Support project planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and action plans.
• Analyze organizational and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and organizational performance.
