Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand savings and financial product partnerships and unlock new revenue streams. You will collaborate with banks, asset managers, and fund providers to pursue opportunities and improve profitability, while driving expansion into priority geographies.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Legal, Operations, Risk, FinCrime, and Compliance to remove barriers and enable rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in startup, consultancy, investment banking, private equity or corporate development.
• Track record of building or operating new business lines and products.
• Ability to lead end-to-end partnership deals and market-entry initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic deal-making end to end to grow partnerships.
• Identify new market opportunities and assess regulatory/commercial potential.
• Pitch and close financial partnership deals including savings products.
• Manage partner relationships and pricing negotiations.
• Source deals with banks and money market fund managers.
• Drive market-entry initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
