Remotedxb in Dubai seeks a seasoned leader to drive Client Engagement Operations for large insurance clients, embedding AI agents and automation. You will manage timelines, stakeholder updates, and enterprise onboarding programs with a focus on impact.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales to resolve complex operational challenges, develop strategic plans, expand knowledge resources, and reduce manual toil to boost efficiency and output quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, strategy, program management or enterprise implementation for multimillion-dollar accounts.
• Hands-on familiarity with building AI agents and internal tools that integrate across platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements and onboarding programs for large insurance clients.
• Manage timelines, reporting and stakeholder communication for high-impact enterprise accounts.
• Lead the AI-native transformation of the Client Engagement function with AI agents and automation.
• Design, prototype and deploy AI agents and internal tooling to connect disparate systems.
• Develop and execute quarterly strategic plans for Client Engagement Operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Sales to resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain and expand the Client Engagement Knowledge Base and documentation.
• Identify and eliminate manual toil to improve team efficiency and output quality.
