Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment seeks a Sales Account Manager for Arabian Radio Network, part of a major regional media network. You will drive revenue across radio, digital and multimedia platforms by building trusted client partnerships and closing new business.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in media sponsorships, strong negotiation, and a proven track record of hitting revenue targets within the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Experience in media advertising is essential.
• UAE market experience is highly preferred; regional or international media sales backgrounds are welcome.
• 5–10 years of relevant B2B or internal sales experience, preferably in entertainment, tourism, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of media advertising clients while actively driving new business.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and agencies as a trusted commercial partner.
• Identify, pitch, and close new opportunities across radio, digital, and multimedia platforms.
• Own the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and monthly targets.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals that deliver measurable value for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and successful outcomes.
• Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities.
