Qualifications

• Track record delivering openings, launches or complex projects.
• Strong understanding of luxury positioning, storytelling and consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marketing workstreams for new openings, creating launch plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with resort leadership to build a cohesive launch story and narrative.
• Develop pre-opening, launch and post-launch marketing plans to drive anticipation and awareness.
• Oversee campaigns, events, content, partnerships and media opportunities for openings.
• Collaborate with PR, social, digital, creative, CRM and paid media partners to execute integrated campaigns.
• Provide project leadership with clear timelines and risk management across internal teams and agencies.
