Job summary

One amp Only The Palm Dubai is seeking a Director Marketing - Special Projects for a four-month assignment starting October 2026. You will lead strategic marketing workstreams for new openings, translating positioning into launch plans and ensuring cohesive resort storytelling.

Qualifications

Experience leading marketing for luxury hotel openings.
Strong storytelling across PR, social, digital, partnerships and CRM.
Proven ability to manage multiple openings projects and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead marketing workstreams for upcoming openings; translate positioning into launch plans and timelines.
Develop pre- and post-opening launch plans to build anticipation and momentum.
Position and launch culinary experiences with distinct identities and media opportunities.
Oversee events, activations, guest journeys, invitations and content amplification.
Coordinate PR, social, digital and content partnerships with agencies and internal teams.
Ensure commercially focused activity with CRM and paid media alignment.
Act as central project lead, manage timelines and communicate progress to senior leadership.
