Job summary

Hilton Conrad Hotels & Resorts seeks a Director of Marketing and Communications to lead strategic marketing initiatives for the Dubai property. This role shapes brand integrity and drives revenue through integrated campaigns across rooms, F&B, events, and spa, partnering with senior leadership to align with corporate strategies.

The director will oversee digital presence, content, campaigns, and cross-departmental collaboration to maximize distribution channels and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes comprehensive annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with hotel revenue goals across rooms, F&B, events, and spa.
• Leads ideation and implementation of tactical campaigns to generate incremental revenue across all departments.
• Collaborates with the General Manager, Commercial Director, Director of Operations and Regional Marketing to align campaigns with strategic goals.
• Proactively identifies opportunities across departments to optimize promotional activity and meet revenue targets.
• Manages the hotel's digital presence and ensures brand websites are current, engaging, and conversion-optimized.
• Oversees third-party website content for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Leads email marketing efforts compliant with Hilton standards.
• Coordinates with regional marketing to activate joint promotions and campaigns.
• Develops and manages targeted marketing databases for rooms, meetings, events, F&B, and spa promotions.
• Ensures promotional messaging is consistently deployed across platforms and tracks ROI.
• Audits central and regional marketing programs for consistency and compliance.
• Acts as on-property brand guardian reflecting Hilton corporate identity in all materials.
• Oversees creation, production and timely delivery of marketing collateral with suppliers.
• Works cross-departmentally to optimize in-house merchandising and guest-facing touchpoints.
• Maintains a high-quality image library in collaboration with the PR Manager.
