Job summary

ELECTRA in Dubai seeks a Manpower Demand Planner to forecast and coordinate manpower across projects, ensuring resources align with schedules and budgets. You will support recruitment, mobilization, deployment and cost control through robust planning and data governance.

Responsibilities include rolling demand plans, capacity gap analysis, and regular dashboards. You will work with Operations, Projects, HR, Recruitment and Finance to optimize resource deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manpower, workforce or resource planning.
• Proven ability to forecast demand and plan capacity.
• Analytical skills to validate workforce data.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast manpower demand based on project pipeline and priorities.
• Plan capacity by comparing forecast with headcount and skills.
• Coordinate with Operations, Projects, HR, Recruitment and Finance.
• Maintain planning data and dashboards including utilization and mobilization.
